We've Moved Our Feedback Portal

Overview

Our feedback portal has moved. All feature requests, bug reports and ideas now live at feedback.snapmedic.app. The in-app feedback button already points at the new home (or will after the next update), so if you submit from inside the app you don't need to do anything different.

Why we moved

We've been running on UserJot since version 3.7 and it did the job for a long time. The app has grown a lot since then though, and we wanted somewhere that loaded a bit quicker, looked like the rest of SnapMedic, and let us label things properly as a bug, a feature or an improvement. The new portal runs on the same servers as the app, so as long as SnapMedic is up, feedback is up.

In addition you sometimes had to have a seperate account for Userjot and having our own portal fixes that. You can now login via your SnapMedic account.

How to access it

  • Tap the green feedback button inside the app — no account needed
  • Or visit feedback.snapmedic.app on the web. Anyone can read; you'll need to sign in to vote or comment
  • Filter by bug, feature or improvement, and sort by top votes or newest

Your existing ideas and votes have come across with you. Nothing to re-submit.

What's next

Keep them coming. Honestly, most of what we've shipped recently — the Intervention Log, the body map, the medication search — started as a one-line note on this portal. If something is missing, or just annoying, please tell us. Every idea gets read, even the ones we can't act on straight away.

You can also email [email protected] or come find us on Discord if a longer conversation would be easier.
