The purchase screen in your app or payment platform is the final source for personal billing terms, renewal dates and the price charged. Organisation start dates are agreed in writing, and ePCR charges start at the agreed live-service date.

Yes. Core clinical calculators and references remain available without a paid subscription. Free access also includes limited flashcard reviews and quizzes and one AI OSCE session each week. Pro and Pro+ are optional plans.
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP): Pro is £1.99 monthly or £23.00 yearly, and Pro+ is £4.99 monthly or £49.99 yearly. Annual billing is the default shown on the in-app paywall. The store or payment platform shows the final price and terms before purchase.
A 7-day Pro+ trial is available on iOS and web, but not on Android. Pro does not include a free trial on any platform.
SnapMedic Enterprise is a separate organisation-managed app, with ePCR available as part of the Enterprise + ePCR plan. Pricing is below. Learning is quoted for your organisation. These products do not use the personal Free, Pro or Pro+ plans.
Enterprise with ePCR is £150 a month for up to 50 people. From 51 to 150 people it is £3 per person per month. Larger organisations get volume pricing from £1 per person. Enterprise without ePCR is £50 a month for up to 50 people, then £1 per person. Prices exclude VAT where it applies, and we invoice you.
Learning is quoted around your courses, learner numbers and delivery requirements. There is no standard public per-learner tariff. Prices exclude VAT where applicable, with invoice billing and terms agreed in writing.
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled through the platform used to purchase them. Access continues according to that platform’s subscription terms.
