ePCR for volunteer responder groups.

A small budget and a shared phone should not mean a thin patient record. SnapMedic ePCR works without signal, lets two responders share one record and is simple to run.

No signal needed.

Responders attend rural addresses and village halls. They start a record against an incident or job reference and enter history, observations, interventions and notes as they go. Entries save on the device and send when signal returns.

If the patient's name is not known, the responder records why. Each patient at an incident gets their own record.

One record, two responders.

One responder often arrives first and a colleague joins later. The colleague finds the draft by exact incident reference and adds to the same record. Every entry keeps its author and time.

At the end of the call, one clinician locks the record after seeing any missing required fields. The record then shows a handover reference and PIN for the receiving team.

Light to run.

Bring your current report form and the equipment and medicines your responders carry. We help your administrator build the form from a template. Your administrator decides who has access and what they can do.

A price that fits.

A group of up to 50 people pays £150 a month, with ePCR included. That is the same for 30 people or 50. Billing starts at the agreed live-service date, and we give you a written quote.

ePCR for volunteer responder and community first responder groups

One price.
ePCR included.

£150 a month for up to 50 people, with ePCR included. From 51 to 150 people it's £3 per person per month. Larger organisations get volume pricing from £1 per person. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.

Common questions.

Do we need an IT person to run it?

No. An administrator manages members, roles and named permissions. Your administrator builds and publishes your form in the Console, starting from a SnapMedic template, and a second person approves it. We help you set it up. Members sign in with email codes and an authenticator.

Does it work with no signal?

Yes for recording. Responders record offline, and changes send when signal returns. Starting a new record needs a connection. Two responders on the same open record see each other's changes within seconds while both are online.

What does a small group pay?

Enterprise with ePCR is £150 a month for up to 50 people, so a group of 30 pays the same as a group of 50. From 51 to 150 people it is £3 per person per month. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.

Who owns the patient records?

Your organisation. Records are stored server-side and readable by the service for authorised synchronisation, audit and support. Organisation isolation, named permissions, encryption and audit logging govern access.

Does it tell responders what treatment to give?

No. ePCR records the responder's account of care. It has no dose calculator or dosing decision support. Clinical decisions stay with the responder and your clinical lead.
