1. Agreement

By using SnapMedic, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What SnapMedic Is

SnapMedic is a mobile app providing clinical tools and references for UK ambulance clinicians and healthcare professionals, including:

• Clinical calculators (NEWS2, GCS, Burns, etc.)
• Assessment tools and timers
• Reference materials and checklists
• Cardiac arrest management tools
• SnapMedic Pro subscription (optional)

The app works offline - no internet required for core features.

3. SnapMedic Pro

Pro is an optional subscription at £1.99/month that adds non-clinical tools and quality of life features.

• Billed monthly via Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe (web)
• Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Cancel anytime through your platform's subscription settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Core clinical features are always free. Pro supports ongoing development but isn't required for essential tools.

4. Medical Disclaimer

SnapMedic is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

• Always verify calculations independently
• Follow your local clinical guidelines
• Use professional judgment in all decisions
• Don't rely solely on the app for patient care

We're not responsible for clinical decisions made using the app.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Use the app for its intended purpose
• Comply with applicable laws
• Keep patient information confidential
• Don't reverse engineer or modify the app
• Secure your device and data

6. Privacy

SnapMedic works offline by default with no data collection. If you enable sync:

• Notes are encrypted on your device before upload
• Data is stored on EU servers
• You're responsible for your backup codes

7. Intellectual Property

SnapMedic is owned by Kirsty Wright and protected by intellectual property laws. Don't copy, modify, or distribute the app without written permission.

8. Updates & Availability

We provide the app "as is" and may update it anytime to add features, improve performance, or fix issues. Updates come through the app stores.

9. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the app. Our total liability won't exceed what you've paid us.

10. No Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, meet your specific needs, or that calculations will be accurate in all situations.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will post changes here with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
