These Terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

SnapMedic is a mobile application that provides clinical tools, calculators, and reference materials designed for UK ambulance clinicians and healthcare professionals. The App includes:

  • Clinical calculators (NEWS2, Glasgow Coma Scale, Burns Calculator, etc.)
  • Assessment tools and timers
  • Clinical reference materials and aides
  • Handover tools and checklists
  • Cardiac arrest management tools

The App is designed to work offline and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: SnapMedic is designed to assist healthcare professionals but is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment.

The information provided by the App is for educational and reference purposes only. Users should:

  • Always verify calculations and assessments independently
  • Follow local clinical guidelines and protocols
  • Use professional judgment in all clinical decisions
  • Not rely solely on the App for patient care decisions

The developers of SnapMedic are not responsible for any clinical decisions made using the App or any outcomes resulting from its use.

4. User Responsibilities

By using SnapMedic, you agree to:

SnapMedic and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kirsty Wright and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Availability and Updates

SnapMedic is provided "as is" and "as available." We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.

We may update the App from time to time to:

  • Update clinical guidelines and references
  • Fix bugs and security issues

Updates are typically delivered through the respective app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapMedic and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the App.
