Overview

Version 5.0 is our first feature update of 2026 after our last quality of life update earlier this month. This update includes a new intervention log, role based filtering, improved onboarding and more. We hope you enjoy this update and keep sending us feedback.

Intervention & Patient Log

Our intervention log is a new feature which replaces handover, observation and cardiac arrest log features. All these tools have been combined into one place to make it easier to use and share with other clinicans. The intervention log itself is a logging system for you on scene to avoid writing on gloves or using bits of paper you then loose. It is not a replacement for paperwork or electronic documentation, rather a temporary tool to help you take notes.

We hope it will be particularly useful for those who do not have access to a patient record system for example police officers, community responders or other clinicians who do not have access to a patient record system.

Stop Writing on Your Gloves

The Intervention Log keeps everything in one secure, shareable place. No more scribbling times on your gloves or trying to remember what happened when.

# Key Capabilities

Comprehensive Note Taking - Record assessments, SAMPLE history, SOCRATES pain assessment, and medical conditions all in one place.

Integrated Cardiac Arrest Logging - Start an arrest directly within an encounter with dedicated alerts for adrenaline cycles and rhythm checks. New audio alerts will remind you of rhythm checks and adrenaline cycles. Auto links to roles (see more later) and so picks BLS or ALS mode for you.

Medication Search - Search for medications both inside the intervention log and outside in the wider app. The search is powered by UK databases and provides links to BNF, NHS and other sources. Allows you to instantly find the information you need without google searching. It works offline too!
