Updating a published course creates a new version. Learner progress carries forward where the lesson structure still matches.

Can individuals sign up?
SnapMedic Learning is licensed to organisations. Your organisation provisions your account and gives you access to its courses. There is no individual purchase or public sign-up. For personal revision, the separate SnapMedic app offers flashcards and OSCE practice.
Who creates and approves our courses?
Your organisation’s authors create and supply courses through Course Studio. Your organisation is responsible for the accuracy, rights and approval of its content. SnapMedic provides the learning, assessment and record-keeping platform; a course certificate is a completion record, not an external accreditation.
Can learners study offline?
Previously signed-in learners can use downloaded course content offline. Text, quiz and slide content caches automatically when a course is started. Videos download on request, with the size shown first. Progress and quiz attempts synchronise automatically when connectivity returns; the server confirms assessment results.
What can our training administrator manage?
Use Team Console to manage learners, assign licensed learning pathways, mark training as required, track completion and review certificates. You can add your organisation’s certificate logo and set a quarterly CPD-hours target. Course validity and renewal arrangements are agreed as part of setup.
Do we need SnapMedic Enterprise?
SnapMedic Learning is a separate app. Tell us whether you need Learning alone or alongside Enterprise, and we will confirm the licensing arrangements in your quote.
Can we customise the branding?
Certificates can carry your organisation’s logo. The learner app remains SnapMedic Learning; a white-labelled app and custom domain are not included.
Where is learner data stored?
Learner names, email addresses, progress, certificates and organisation-private administrator notes are stored server-side to deliver and manage training. Access is controlled by organisation membership and permissions. SnapMedic staff access to organisation data for support is time-limited and audited.
How much does it cost?
Learning is quoted for your organisation’s content, learner numbers and delivery requirements. There is no standard public per-learner tariff. Prices exclude VAT where applicable, with invoice billing and terms agreed in writing.
