GCS Calculator

The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) is the standard scoring system for assessing level of consciousness. It scores three components — eye opening (1–4), verbal response (1–5), and best motor response (1–6) — for a total between 3 and 15. A lower score indicates a more reduced level of consciousness.
