Version 4.0 - Professional Skills Tracking Portfolio

Overview

Version 4.0 is one of our biggest updates yet and has been a long time coming. I am happy to see it released and hope you enjoy using it. We are adding our brand new skills tracking system including analytics and export options.

As with all our systems the core features are free to use forever. Our Pro subscription which you can find more about here allows you to export and view advanced analytics about your skills portfolio.

Our Skills Tracking System

Rapidly select which skills you have performed and add them to your portfolio. Our list of skills is constantly growing based on feedback and our own clinical experience.

For all skills you can log success or failure and add a note to your log as well as select the supervision level you were working at. This is perfect for those new to practice or working under a mentor to evidence your learning and development.

View a detailed breakdown of your skills portfolio. Track your total logs, success rate, current streak, and progress over time with interactive charts. Drill down into individual skills to see question response breakdowns and trends. Great for identifying areas of improvement for specific skills like cannulation.

Associate your logged skills with particular shifts. View all skills logged during a shift directly from the shift details screen. Oh and you can now mark entire shifts as overtime to better track.

# What's New Overlay

Discover new features when you update the app with our new in-app changelog overlay.

# Dark Mode Enhancements

Improved dark mode support across the Rule of Nines calculator and other screens for better visibility in low-light environments.

# Feedback Moved

We've moved the feedback tool to the menu again for easier access. It was cluttering some screens and we don't want to affect users' ability to use the rest of our tools.

# Skills Sync Architecture

Improved sync architecture to ensure data syncs more often and with less chance of conflicts. Additional mechanisms are now in place for when GRS behaves a bit odd.
