This month we have flown straight past a milestone of 5000 downloads whilst improving some core components of the app. Lets see what we've been up to this month.

Growing Our Community

This month we've seen fantastic growth with 2465 new downloads (IOS: 1830, Android: 635) across iOS and Android! Our total downloads have now reached 5755 (IOS: 4200, Android: 1555), and we're seeing more clinicians syncing their data between devices.

We rely on alot of word of the mouth growth to reach clinicans so please keep sharing.

Ambassador Program Success

Whilst our discord ambassadors continue to grow, we are looking to expand the program to a group of clinicans and volunteers outside of Discord who can help us spread the word about SnapMedic. If you are interested in becoming an ambassador, please email [email protected].

Updates

3.4 Mental Capacity Aide and PE & DVT Calculators have been added to the app. These are the first in our new version of calculators and the style will be used for future calculators.

3.5 & 3.6 Host of fixes and improvements have been added to the app. This includes the addition of Note Templates, Wong Baker Faces and Abbey Pain Scale.

See more about these updates here and here.

Website Shop

We launched our website shop earlier this month where you can now buy our stickers, posters and bundles to share with your colleagues and friends. Whilst it may seem strange to open a shop, we have done so for two reasons. Firstly it lets people who want to support us do so whilst also being able to spread the word about SnapMedic through physical products. Secondly it allows us to offer bundles of posters & stickers to some groups free of charge to support further growth using the same system behind the scenes.

My spare room turned into a makeshift warehouse for stickers and posters!

You can find the shop here.

What's Next?

We have some exciting updates coming up this month into next month. Quite alot of work behind the scenes is looking into skills tracking which I hope to have a preview of soon!

Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, thank you for your continued support in making SnapMedic the best clinical toolkit for UK ambulance clinicians.
