How we keep data safe

Your people.
Your configuration.

A separate app for your organisation, rather than a collection of personal subscriptions. Members see your name, logo and enabled tools when they sign in.

Invite and manage your team
Add members individually or by CSV, assign roles and scope at invitation, and suspend or remove access when responsibilities change.
Choose the toolkit
Enable the modules and individual tools your service needs. Disabled tools are unavailable, not simply hidden from the menu.
Keep administration in one place
SnapMedic Console brings users, roles, permissions and device sessions together. Give administrators the permissions they need for their work.

A broad toolkit.
A focused setup.

From a GCS score to a structured handover, choose the tools your service needs. Your administrator enables modules and individual tools in SnapMedic Console.

Clinical calculators

Familiar scores, in the managed toolkit your service controls.

NEWS2
Record observations and calculate the National Early Warning Score.
Burns Assessment
Estimate the extent of a burn.

they need.

What a member actually sees: only the tools this organisation has enabled. Tap the image to enlarge.

Members do not open a menu of everything SnapMedic makes. They open your organisation’s toolkit: the modules you licensed, and inside them, the individual tools you decided your people should use.

A tool you have not enabled is unavailable, not merely hidden behind a setting. The menu and the search cover only what is switched on for that member on that device.

Guided setup.
Seats you can see.

A new organisation owner is guided through eight setup steps, and answers are saved as they go. Tap the image to enlarge.

The owner of a new organisation works through a guided setup: organisation details, regulation, people, DPIA, how long you keep records, agreements, then review and submit. SnapMedic verifies the organisation before it goes live.

Administrators then invite members by email and see used seats, pending invitations, the seat limit and how many invitations are left.

Your news.
In their app.

Give service updates a home alongside the tools your team uses. News and bulletins are part of your organisation’s Enterprise setup, enabled and configured with you during rollout, so announcements reach people in the same app they already open on shift.

Tell us how your service communicates now (operational announcements, guidance updates, the changes people must not miss) and we will scope it into your rollout.

Add patient recording.
Keep the context.

ePCR inside the same app, under the same organisation and the same sign-in. Tap the image to enlarge.

SnapMedic ePCR is the patient-record module inside Enterprise. Build your own forms in the Console, record care offline, review and lock the record, and hand over to the receiving team with a reference and PIN. Administrators can also send a chosen section of a locked record to named people or a group.

It is licensed for the clinicians who record patient care. The personal app’s intervention log is a temporary notepad, not an alternative patient record.

For event work, see our guide to patient records for event medical teams.

Common questions.

Is Enterprise just a group subscription to the personal app?

No. SnapMedic Enterprise is a separate organisation-managed app, with its own accounts, branding and configuration. It can sit alongside the personal SnapMedic app without sharing data. It does not use the personal Free, Pro or Pro+ subscription model.

How does a member get access?

Your organisation invites members individually or in a batch. They sign in with a one-time code sent to their email. There is no public sign-up or automatic joining by email domain. A member belongs to one organisation at a time.

What can our administrator control?

Manage invitations, members, roles, permissions, enabled modules and individual tools through SnapMedic Console. Revoke device sessions. Your organisation’s name and logo are applied during setup. Module licences and changes to an existing member’s scope of practice are agreed with SnapMedic.

Can we see everyone’s shifts, skills and wellbeing entries?

Those tools support the individual member on their device. Enterprise does not provide central reporting of members’ shifts, skills, intervention logs, wellbeing entries or saved location pins. Patient records are handled separately through the ePCR module.

How is organisation data handled?

Enterprise organisation data and ePCR patient records are stored server-side for authorised administration, synchronisation and record handling. They are readable by the service under organisation isolation, named permissions, audit logging and encryption. This is separate from the personal app’s encrypted-sync model. Hosting, access and retention arrangements are agreed with your organisation.

Does Enterprise include ePCR or Learning?

Enterprise is the base clinical toolkit and organisation app. ePCR is an optional add-on, licensed by recording clinician. SnapMedic Learning is a separate training app; its content, learner access and licensing arrangements are agreed in your quote.

How is the service priced?

Enterprise with ePCR is £150 a month for up to 50 people. From 51 to 150 people it is £3 per person per month. Larger organisations get volume pricing from £1 per person. Enterprise without ePCR is £50 a month for up to 50 people, then £1 per person. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. SnapMedic Learning is quoted separately.
