Is SnapMedic free to use?

All of our tools and calculators are free to use. We do plan to add some premium features in the future, however we will never charge for the core features.

Does SnapMedic work offline?

Yes, SnapMedic works completely offline. All tools, calculators, and reference materials are stored locally on your device, making it perfect for use in areas with poor signal or no internet connection.

What data does SnapMedic collect?

SnapMedic collects no personal data whatsoever. All information you enter (patient observations, cardiac arrest logs, etc.) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.

Is SnapMedic available on both Android and iOS?

Yes, SnapMedic is available on both platforms. You can download it from the Google Play Store for Android devices and the App Store for iOS devices.

How often is SnapMedic updated?

We regularly update SnapMedic with new features, improvements, and the latest clinical guidance. Updates are typically released every few weeks based on user feedback and clinical developments.

Can I export my data from SnapMedic?

Currently, data export functionality is limited. Cardiac arrest logs are coming soon to export, and we're working on expanding export capabilities for other tools. All data is stored locally on your device.

Is SnapMedic suitable for students?

Yes, SnapMedic is excellent for medical students, paramedic students, and healthcare trainees. It provides evidence-based tools and references that align with current clinical practice and can help with learning and assessment.

How do I report a bug or issue?
